
Government
This course prepares students to become informed and active participants in civic life by exploring the foundations, structure, and functions of government at the local, state, and national levels. Students will engage in discussions about current events, civil liberties, and public policy, fostering critical thinking and debate. Emphasis is placed on understanding the responsibilities of citizenship, the importance of civic engagement, and the skills needed to advocate for change in a democratic society.
